Our guest speaker is Gloria Stalhut from Quilted Glo and she will be talking about “Danish House” blocks and showing her completed quilt using “Danish House” blocks and hot fix crystals. Gloria will offer a “Danish House” class later in July for our Guild. Plan to come and find out more about these blocks, hear more about the class and bring one of your completed projects for “Show and Tell” and meet us at the Greenwood United Methodist Church.
The meeting starts promptly at 7PM, but if you would like to join us at 6:30PM to sew and chat, please do so.
The mask protocols have changed at the Greenwood United Methodist Church which is located at 525 N. Madison Ave., Greenwood, Indiana 46142. If you have been fully vaccinated, you can take off your mask. If you have not been fully vaccinated, please continue to wear your mask. Some people may choose to wear their mask even if they are fully vaccinated. You are welcome to attend 2 meetings before you join our Guild!
Also, be aware that Madison Avenue is still under construction. You can only go North on Madison Avenue when you enter or leave the church parking lot. An easy way to get to the meeting is to go South on 31 until you reach Main Street where you will make a left at the light (heading east). Then turn left on Madison Avenue at the light (heading North) and drive about 5 blocks to the church. The parking lot will be on your right side.
