QCG Meeting – Thursday August 5th @ 7PM

Our guest speaker is Daren Redman who takes photographs for inspiration, then designs, hand dyes, paints and designs her own fabric to create her wall art and textiles. Plan to come and find out more the tips and techniques that she uses to create her lovely quilts, and bring one of your own completed projects for “Show and Tell.”

We meet at the Greenwood United Methodist Church and the meeting will start promptly at 7PM, but if you would like to join us at 6:30PM to do some hand sewing and chat, we will welcome you.

The mask protocols have changed at the Greenwood United Methodist Church which is located at 525 N. Madison Ave., Greenwood, Indiana 46142. If you have been fully vaccinated, you can take off your mask. If you have not been fully vaccinated, please continue to wear your mask. Some people may choose to wear their mask even if they are fully vaccinated because of the Covid Delta varient that is currently spreading across Indiana. You are welcome to attend 2 meetings before you join our Guild!

Also, be aware that Madison Avenue is still under construction. You can only go North on Madison Avenue when you enter or leave the church parking lot. An easy way to get to the meeting is to go South on 31 until you reach Main Street where you will make a left at the light (heading east). Then turn left on Madison Avenue at the light (heading North) and drive about 5 blocks to the church. The parking lot will be on your right side.

Happy Quilting!!!
